Sentar is seeking a R&D Operations Lead in Huntsville, AL!

Role Description:

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the operational aspects of R&D projects
• Implement and improve processes to enhance project efficiency
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure project success
• Drive business development efforts related to R&D projects
• Ensure compliance with CMMI Dev standards and best practices
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members

Qualifications:

Clearance: Secret

Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, Masters is preferred.

Certifications: Security+ and/or equivalent

Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in Research & Development operations
• Strong project management/principal investigator skills
• Proficiency in software development
• Experience with CMMIDev standards
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Good verbal and written communication skills
