Sentar is hiring a Cyber Investigations (CI) Tier 2 Incident Responder who will be responsible for incident response activities throughout the Enterprise. This position will support an active government contract in Quantico, Virginia, providing defensive cyberspace operations and Cyber Security Service Provider (CSSP) functions. Additionally, this position will support the government's mission to deny, disrupt, and degrade adversaries’ abilities and attempts to disrupt, exploit and attack the information technology (IT) services provided to network users.

Role Description:

The Cyber Investigations (CI) Tier 2 Incident Responder will be responsible for investigating, analyzing, and responding to cyber incidents. This includes tracking incidents through the incident management system to ensure proper documentation and resolution. The role also involves collaborating with teams in various regions globally, supporting similar functions across different geographical locations. Additionally, the Incident Responder will work closely with customer stakeholders, particularly on high-profile cyber incidents and insider threat investigations.

Qualifications:

Clearance Level: Minimum Secret, TS/SCI preferred

Education: H.S. Diploma or equivalent.

Certifications:

- Possess DoD 8140.03 IAT Level II cert (180 waiver acceptable, but not preferred)
- Possess CSSP Incident Responder (IR) cert (180 waiver acceptable, but not preferred)

Experience:

- Two (2) years of experience in cybersecurity, information assurance, engineering, or a related field.
