Project Administrator

Sentar is seeking a Project Administrator in Huntsville, AL!

The Headquarters (HQ) Army Materiel Command (AMC) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Support Services provide modernization, integration, and improvements to the Enterprise of AMC. This work directly supports modernization and integration efforts to improve Army ERPs in a collaborative, matrix environment with mission Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA), Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics and Technology (ASAALT), Army Materiel Command’s Major Subordinate Commands, Major Subordinate Commands the Life Cycle Management Commands (LCMC), supporting industrial base locations, distributed offices and other Program Managers to integrate and modernize the Army logistics automation environment. These organizations, leverage industry best practice using the Army’s SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms, the Army’s Business Enterprise Architecture (A- BEA), and the Army Logistics Enterprise. Business processes align to applicable Department of Defense (DoD) End-to-End (E2E) business processes.

Role Description:

• Perform data entry tasks and content management support.
• Provide support to the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Governance forums.
• Perform research to gather logistics information that will be used by the ERP Governance forums for analysis, prioritization, and workload management.
• Prepare, maintain, and distribute charts, reports, spreadsheets, and documents to the ERP Governance forums such as presentation read-aheads, minutes, action item trackers.
• Post Government-approved reports and logistics information to identified data repositories and Knowledge Centers.
• Prepare and deliver government memorandums.
• Interpret and compose complex correspondences and presentations to include charts and diagrams directly supporting ERP efforts within the AMC enterprise.
• Apply effective networking skills to carryout job responsibilities.
• Gather pertinent information from a variety of sources to perform duties.
• Resolve administrative issues/problems that arise and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure timely completion of multiple, simultaneous, independent events and projects of moderate complexity.
• Coordinate multiple work projects and other responsibilities.
• Prepare reports and correspondence from information gathered to support the entire effort.
• Interpret and applie standard policies and procedures to respond to complex inquiries, to resolve issues.
• Develop presentations and exhibits.

Qualifications:

Clearance Level: Secret

Education: BA/BS degree from accredited college/university

Experience:

Required: 5+ years experience

Recommended:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working within a Army 4-star command.
• Familiarity with the following AMC ERP systems:

  • Logistics Modernization Program (LMP
  • Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-Army)
  • General Funds Enterpise Business System (GFEBS)
  • Army Enterprises Systems Integration Program (AESIP) Hub
  • Army Enterprise Business System-Convergence (EBS-C)
