Role Description:

Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic R&D projects and initiatives
• Lead corporate AI implementation
• Identify new opportunities for research and development
• Drive business development efforts related to R&D projects
• Build and maintain relationships within academic and government communities
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to achieve corporate goals

Qualifications:

Clearance: Active Secret

Education: Minimum of a Bachelors degree. PhD is preferred.

Experience:

• 10-years+ years of relevant experience in Research & Development. 20 years is preferred.
• Artificial Intelligence (AI) experience
• Active involvement government sectors. Being also active in academic sectors is a plus.
• Strong track record of technical publications
• Strong track record of commercialization
• Demonstrated experience in R&D business development
• Proven experience in developing and executing strategy for major programs in a research area
• Proven budgeting and planning experience
• Proven people leadership experience
• Deep knowledge of cybersecurity, engineering, and emerging technologies
• Good verbal and written communication skills
