Sentar is seeking a CSSP Account Management Officer in Adelphi, MD!
Role Description:
Create and configure user accounts for all CSSP subscribers and personnel across dedicated systems, ensuring proper access and functionality from the outset. Conduct regular account management activities, provide technical support, and implement role-based access control (RBAC) policies for accounts and systems, tailoring access permissions based on specific roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and configure user accounts for all CSSP subscribers and personnel across dedicated systems
- Conduct regular account management activities, including monitoring account activity and identifying inactive accounts
- Promptly terminate accounts for users who have departed the organization
- Provide technical support by troubleshooting and resolving access issues for users
- Implement and enforce role-based access control (RBAC) policies for accounts and systems
- Tailor access permissions based on specific system and user roles to maintain security
- Create and configure accounts across dedicated systems including CCEP, Interrogator, JIRA, Confluence, Tableau, and ISCM
- Coordinate with technical teams to resolve access issues and ensure minimal disruption to operations
- Monitor account activity and ensure compliance with security policies and regulations
Qualifications:
Clearance Level: Top Secret
Education: Bachelors Degree required (related field preferred)
Certifications - Security+, Network+, CISSP, MSSP, IAM
Skills:
- Expertise in account provisioning and management
- Knowledge of role-based access control (RBAC) implementation
- Strong technical troubleshooting abilities
- Understanding of security principles for account management
- Attention to detail and process orientation
- Customer service mindset
- Experience with dedicated systems such as CCEP, JIRA, Confluence, Tableau, and ISCM
- Knowledge of security compliance requirements for user access
- Ability to monitor account activity and identify potential security issues
Required Experience:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in account management
- Experience with user access provisioning systems
- Background in technical support for access issues
- Knowledge of security principles for account management
- Experience with role-based access control implementation
- Experience with account monitoring and management
- Experience troubleshooting user access issues
- Experience with cybersecurity service provider systems
Preferred Experience:
- 8+ years in cybersecurity account management
- Experience with DoD account management systems
- Background in implementing RBAC in secure environments
- Experience supporting cybersecurity operations teams
- Experience with multiple account management systems
- Experience with account security monitoring and compliance
- Experience with cybersecurity service provider subscriber management
- Experience with DoD security policies and regulations
